SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Multiple vehicles north of Ave. B in Scottsbluff were found vandalized early Wednesday morning.

Two Alarm Security Technicians (AST) company vehicles were found damaged near 1308 Ave. B. AST security camera footage shows three suspects approaching the company vehicles with a bar at around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday. AST staff then found both a car and van vandalized upon arriving at work Wednesday morning. They reported the vandalism to Scottsbluff Police at around 9:30 a.m., according to AST Owner Michael Soundsleeper.

“One of our passenger rearview mirror lights was out and all over the ground,” Soundsleeper said. “We have cameras all around [the building] so we went and looked at our cameras and we saw three kids hit it with a bar...then we looked at our other camera and we see them hit the back of the van with the bar.”

Security footage then shows the three suspects go around to the back of the building and abandon the bar on the ground in an alleyway.

Soundsleeper says he does not know why his company cars got vandalized. Scottsbluff Police are reviewing the security camera footage and investigating the incident. The suspects are yet to be identified.
