Scottsbluff comes up short 39-21 to Ogallala in wrestling
Five Bearcats earn match wins in home dual on Tuesday.
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The Scottsbluff wrestling team went the distance but came up short on Tuesday to Ogallala in a dual 39-21.
Bearcats came of the gates strong behind wins from Javen Castro, Paul Garcia, and Mason Wagner. However, Ogallala answered with a run of wins of their own to take the lead.
It would go back and fourth until the tide changed Ogallala’s way for good in the late matches.
