WNCC volleyball team earns number nine seed for upcoming national tournament

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The Region IX tournament champion Western Nebraska Community College volleyball team will open the NJCAA national tournament as the nine seed starting next week.

Cougars will open against 24-2 and 8th seed Blinn College in West Plains, Missouri on Thursday April 15. Undefeated Miami Dade is the overall top seed in the sixteen team field.
