New Hospital coming to the City of Kimball

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The new hospital will be a single story 60,000sq ft. building. Construction begins in May 2022 and is scheduled to be completed sometime in Summer 2023.

So far, they have raised $1.46 Million out of the $2.2 Million and are hoping to meet their goal as soon as possible.

The additional services that will be added will be Mammography, Chemotherapy Infusions, Cardiac Rehabilitation, expanded surgical options, Orthopedic Procedures, and expanded Physical Therapy.

There will be inpatient rooms and bathrooms with wider major corridors. Finally In-house CT and MRI Services. The way the Hospital will be funded is by USDA Direct Loans, $6.4 Million in county revenue bond, and $2.2 Million in capital campaign.
