Scottsbluff Public Library has three new digital signs

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The way the three new digital signs were funded was through the Scottsbluff Public Library Foundation.
The foundation is funded through the community.
Each dollar donated to the Library goes towards upgrades for the Library such as this to make projects happen for now and the future.
The digital signs will show what is going on not only within the Library but also throughout the community.
