An arrest was made for Drug Paraphernalia and a Suspended License

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Offices observed a silver BMW 4 door without license plates southbound in the 1400 block of 14th street.

This vehicle followed a cream Toyota Camry into a driveway on 12th avenue.

The driver of the BMW was identified as 32-year-old Joslyn Wickard.

Wickard was approached by police and she told them that she did not like cops because of bad run-ins.

They asked her if there was anything illegal in the vehicle which she replied with “no.”

Court documents stated that they deployed a police K9 to search the vehicle for illicit drugs.

Police found a green jewelry bag with white crystalized substances that tested positive for Methamphetamine.

Dispatch also reported that Wickard’s license was suspended.

She was arrested on Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Operator’s License.
