3rd Degree Domestic Assault charge to a local resident

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Scottsbluff police responded to a Domestic Assault.
When officers arrived on scene 30-year-old D’andre Reagins was the person in question of the incident.
Court documents stated that when officers got to the scene they noticed Reagin’s ex girlfriend crying and shaking.
She told officers that Reagins threw a water bottle at the wall and broke a shelf while she was moving her things out of the house.
She also advised officers that they had begun to argue and Reagins said that he would find out who she was with and kill them and her.
Court documents also state that Reagins threatened to hit her during the argument.
Reagins was arrested for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault.
