SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Bluff Middle School is implementing something new for the 2022-23 School year.

Bluffs Middle School is updating their school bag policy.

During school days students will only be allowed to carry drawstring bags moving forward.

Bags should not exceed 18″ X 14″, and students will continue to have access to their lockers before and after school.

Athletic bags used for after school activities must be in lockers as students arrive at school.

Jana Mason Principal at Bluffs Middle School says “We have been talking for several years and one thing that we found is that less is more. Our students don’t need a lot of school supplies, and we are fortunate to have a digital curriculum and everything our students need throughout the day they can be accessed on their Chromebook, so we kind of felt like less is more.”
