A Potter man will spend nearly a decade in federal prison
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - 35-year-old Stetson Reinick of Potter is sentenced to 110 months imprisonment with a five year term of supervision when he is released.
In 2020 the Cheyenne County Sherriff’s Office had to perform a trash pull at Reinicks residence and co defendant Stephanie Mitchell.
Police found burned foil with Heroin residue that lead to a search warrant of the home.
During the search officers found 21 grams of Meth, scales, drug paraphernalia in a backpack, and a handgun between the mattress and headboard on Reinicks side of the bed.
Reinick is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Five or more Grams of Methamphetamine.
Mitchell’s trial is set for August 22, 2022.
