Third annual Cookie Jar Auction takes place

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The third annual Cookie Jar Auction took place on August 4th.

This event helps support 4-H youth projects as they decorate cookie jar and then are auctioned off.

The static exhibit receptions is where quilting, arts, woodworking all took place as hundreds came out to support the auction.

Bryan Flansburg Auctioneer says “Juniors make two dozen cookies and they go with a cookie jar and the seniors make four dozen cookies all of the cookies each dozen is its own type specially made by the kids. The proceeds are for the kids to help support whatever they are doing for in 4-H.”
