Top three finalist for Scottsbluff City Manager are chosen

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - On Monday, September 19th the top three finalist for Scottsbluff City Manager position have been chosen at City Council.
Kevin Spencer, Shawn Metcalf, and Matthew Schmitz we’re all three named finalists for the position.
September 30th, interviews are set for all three and City Council would then choose the top two finalist.
Once that process is over in-person interviews would take place to choose a new City Manager.
