Scottsbluff Inn Manager arrested on multiple charges

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Garrett Cunningham manager at Scottsbluff Inn has been arrested on multiple charges, Tuesday evening at approximately 6:00pm officers served a search warrant on Cunningham and his living quarters at Scottsbluff Inn.

When Cunningham was contact two children were present and one of the children advised an officer that their dad was using drugs in the bathroom of the living quarters.

Officers search the area and found a Hi-Point 9mm handgun also located during the search was 149 M 30 Pills which are suspected fentanyl pills.

Cunningham is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and child abuse.
