David Wolf Executive Director at Legacy of the Plains says “Non-profits from all over the area come out decorate a tree and then you can buy a ticket for a dollar and vote for your favorite tree. We encourage stuffing the ballots, so buy as many votes as you want to and then 50 cents per each dollar goes to the non-profit then the additional 50 cents will go to the museum. It’s a really great way to find out about non-profits in the area and also support them but support the museum as well.”
