Riverstone Bank presents “Batter Just Wing It 2023″

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - A food competition featuring hot wings and desserts takes place Sunday, January 29th from 2:30pm-4:30pm.

The bake off and wing competition will benefit Community Christian School.

Flyover Brewing Company in Scottsbluff was selected as the located for this event with registration required for taste testers and those who wish to compete.

Stephanie Reynaga head teacher-Principal says “Batter Just Wing It is a fundraiser that the funds will go to our school. It goes to things like purchasing new equipment, helping families come here that otherwise cannot afford it, getting new things for our classrooms, updating our playground equipment, and our general funds to help us with a lot of upcoming projects. We are launching a middle school next year. We are adding 6-8th grades. We are anticipating adding more chrome books, more technology in to help facilitate that, so that’s a big project that this money will help goes towards.”
