An arrest is made for a man pointing a firearm at motorists

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Scottsbluff Police Department had been notified of a man pointing a firearm at motorists.
SPD came in contact with the driver of the alleged vehicle, 30-year-old Deveron Molden, and advised him of the gun situation.
Molden told police that he had pointed his fingers in a gun like shape toward another driver during an altercation.
Police then asked Molden if there was a gun in the car and he said no.
But once police searched the vehicle, they found a 9mm in the pouch behind the driver seat.
Molden was then arrested on Terroristic Threats, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, Concealed Weapon, Resisting Arrest, and No Operators License.
