SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The 2023 Panhandle Prep All Star Girls Basketball game taking place at Scottsbluff High School on Friday. In the end Blue All Stars would earn a 78-76 come from behind win over the Red All Stars.

Team Red controlled most of the contest taking a double digit lead into the 4th quarter. However team Blue went on a big 4th quarter run behind Catherine Bryner (Alliance) and Payton Burda (Scottsbluff). Bryner finishing with a game high 21 points, while Burda scored 17 points and named All Star MVP.

Team Red led in scoring by Torrington’s Marissa Moorehouse.

After the contest Chadron’s Marlee Pinnt claimed the Girls 3-Point Shooting Contest title.
