SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The 2023 High Plains Mini-Con is returning this Saturday to Uptown Scottsbluff.
The free event is open to the public and will begin at 11 a.m. runs to 5 p.m. at the center court in the mall.
There will be various vendors and crafters at the event. Also, there will be people cosplaying.
There will be an on-stage game and a talk about the 123s of storytelling. Also, there will be a few panels at the event.
