Justin is originally from Albany, NY. He started is broadcast career in radio there a number of stations, most notably WRPI, before becoming a fill-in meteorologist at NPR affiliate WAMC.
Justin graduated in 2009 from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Meteorology and a minor in Geography. He started his TV weathercasting career in Rapid City, SD at KOTA-TV, where he served as the morning/noon meteorologist.
His next stop brought him to Pocatello, ID where he was the morning meteorologist at KPVI. Most recently, Justin held the position of weather producer at KVLY in Fargo, ND.
He started at KNOP as the morning and midday meteorologist in August 2020. In November 2021 he became the evening meteorologist.

During the day on Sunday, conditions were sunny and cool with temperatures in the upper 40s ro low 50s. There was a slight breeze as well with wind speeds at 5 to 10 mph. Since then, temperatures have dropped down to the upper 20s to mid 30s with clear to partly cloudy skies.
